Next week will be our last week of our Discover the Adventures of Summer program. We will spend it celebrating books! So far this week, the children enjoyed having Build-a-Bear come out this week for a visit for a special story time. They were all given coloring books & crayons to take home, too!
Our Scholastic Book Fair will run all through next week. If you see a book that you'd like on the flyer that was sent home & it's no longer available, you can order it & have it delivered to you. You can't beat the Scholastic prices!
Today will be our last water day of the summer. The kids have enjoyed this so much! They all have loved showing off their swimsuits each week to their friends & teachers.
We will begin our week long reading competition next week. Teachers of the twos & up will keep track of how many books are read by each child. At the end of the week, a special surprise will be given to the winner!
